The Cavalier Distance Running Camp

The Cavalier Distance Running Camp exceeded all my expectations for what I wanted my team to get from a running camp. The lectures were informative and useful. The running trails were beautiful and varied in difficulty. The high ropes course was the best team building experience that I have ever been a part of with my team. The nightly worship services helped me to renew my own faith and seemed to help everyone at the camp grow spiritually. All the kids on my team want to come back next year! From the novice high school runner to the elite, the Cavalier Distance Running Camp is for anyone who is willing to be challenged mentally, physically and spiritually. Everyday is packed with new scenery, challenges, knowledge and God's word. My student-athletes were impressed with the amount of one-on-one time, variety of workouts, lectures and how much they developed spiritually. Next year's running camp cannot come soon enough. This camp is a great way to rev up the summer training, meet new friends who oftentimes become future running buddies, and have fun! Coach Larios and the coaching staff bring a wealth of knowledge to the camp for all levels of ability and experience.
